If you are the next of kin arranging the funeral - and dealing with all the admin that it entails - you may well be feeling overwhelmed. We would like to reassure you that choosing an appropriate tribute for your loved one will be as stress free as possible. Whether you have clear ideas of what you would like, or would like to be talked through various options, we can guide you through the process. Petal and Bean specialises in natural arrangements that are an eco-friendly alternative to foam based arrangements - whether that is fully compostable or just plastic free.

Our tributes are personalised to your loved one and can include elements personal to you or your loved one. People have previously included anything that was important to their loved ones….from golf balls to Jammie Dodgers! We can incorporate arrangements that reflect their character, passions or interests. And we can create arrangements that can include friends or family members, such as a line of individually tied posies along the side of the coffin, rather than traditional letters, for each grandchild to take home.

We will always make sure the tribute is reflective of the love you shared with them

Aftercare services

Because we understand how difficult this time is, we offer an aftercare service too.

We can arrange for all the flowers to be collected after the service - maybe repurposed for the wake or for take-home posies for you or other guests

We can arrange for all the cards to be collected and collated.

We can even dry, press or simply rearrange the flowers to give you a few smaller displays to take home or pass on to other family and friends.
